Did you interact with the CRTC this year? Share your experience with us!

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is updating its Accessibility Plan under the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations. This update will clarify and improve the way that we identify, remove and prevent accessibility barriers in our interactions with both the public and our employees.

This consultation is your opportunity to help shape how we serve you. Tell us what’s working well and where we can do better. We want to learn about your experience with the CRTC, whether you looked for information, participated in a proceeding, used our Accessibility Hub, or ran into barriers in our services, communications, or processes.

What you share with us matters: it will help ensure our next Accessibility Plan focuses on real barriers and brings meaningful, lasting change.

If there is an important topic we have not covered in the questions, please feel free to share it in the final section of the survey, as we welcome all feedback.

If you have questions or would like to provide your feedback in an alternate format, please email accessible@crtc.gc.ca or request a callback at 1-819-282-5943.

This consultation is also available in French.
